Michael Franz – Administrator

Mike is a Southern California native. He earned his graduate degree in Public Health with an emphasis in Health Administration from Loma Linda University. After graduation he worked in managed care and later as a manager for a national home health agency before moving to San Diego in 1998. He was initially responsible for all recruiting and caregiver placement for the company, but presently, as Administrator, he oversees all areas of the business, including customer service, marketing and daily operations.



H. Kimaada Arnwine- Placement Coordinator

Kimaada grew up in Chicago, within an environment of nursing and caregiving. She moved to the San Diego area in 1970, later earning a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services from the University of Phoenix. After working for non-profit organizations as well as being a caregiver for several years, Caregivers Unlimited hired her as a Placement Coordinator in May 2006. Kimaada recruits and places caregivers in the homes of our clients living in the San Diego area.



Evelyn Franz – Billing and Records Manager

Evelyn grew up in the Washington D.C. area and after receiving her Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology, had a long and successful career in correction’s administration for the County of San Bernardino, California. Her job duties have always demanded the highest level of organization and detail mindedness which she currently uses in her position as Billing Manager. She began working for Caregivers Unlimited in 2000 and is responsible for invoices and client correspondence going out in a timely manner as well as quickly responding to any clients’ billing issues.
